Cancellation and Refund Terms

As specified in our user agreement, under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, returns are not possible for certain product categories.

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

• Products whose original packaging is damaged, opened, or destroyed

• Products that have been used or damaged in any way

• Single-use products,

• Copyable games and software,

• Products and programs delivered digitally

For digital products, especially game codes and software licenses, even viewing the code by the user is considered “used”. Therefore, cancellation, exchange, or return is not possible for digital codes.

By making a purchase, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in advance. We kindly ask all our users to carefully review the product details and consider these conditions before shopping.
